Noel C. Pace, Esq. based in El Portal, Florida, is Managing Member of Veterans First Legal – VA Accredited Attorneys. Noel is a licensed attorney in Florida, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.; is a board-certified healthcare administrator, a Veterans Administration (VA) Accredited Attorney, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, former Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Military and Veterans Health Law Task Force, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Noel is a 2015 University of Miami School of Law graduate, Magna Cum Laude, through the GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program, where he was a Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities awardee, a published member of the National Security Law Review with his article on traumatic brain-injured veterans, and was awarded Miami Law’s Innovative Service in the Public Interest Award for his work with Veterans. While at Miami Law, Noel was dual-enrolled at the U.S. Army War College and completed his Master’s in Strategic Studies. Noel is a Tulane University Army ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate (DMG), holds a Masters in Health Administration from Baylor University, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the ABA Editorial Board for the Health Lawyer magazine.
As a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army and Army Reserve with over 30 years of service, he served as an Army Medical Department Special Operations Officer and USASOC Special Operations Support Officer. He successfully commanded the 560th Medical Company in the Republic of Korea, the 345th Combat Support Hospital in Florida, the 176th Medical Brigade of multiple field hospitals in Texas during COVID-19 response, and in his final assignment, as the Deputy and then Acting Commander of the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in the State of Washington. Colonel (R) Pace has deployed to Korea, Kuwait, Honduras, Iraq, Colombia, Chile, Guyana, and Morocco, and has served all around the United States. He is a recipient of the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Master Combat Medical Badge, Parachutist Badge, the Army Staff Badge, the 3rd Cavalry Order of the Spur, and the Order of Military Medical Merit, among many military awards.
Attorney Pace currently serves as a Board Member of the Miami-Dade County, Florida, Military Affairs Board representing District 3, is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 3559, Miami Beach, Florida, and is a Lifetime Member of the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Suncoast Chapter.
Lindsay M. Bierman, Esq.

Lindsay M. Bierman, Esq. based in Jacksonville, Florida, is an Associate Attorney for Veterans First Legal — VA Accredited Attorneys. Lindsay is a licensed attorney in Florida as well as a Veterans Administration (VA) Accredited Attorney.
Lindsay is a 2015 University of Miami School of Law graduate, former President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and Election Commissioner for the Student Bar Association. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bacherlor of Arts in French.
While not a veteran herself, Lindsay’s late husband was a veteran of the United States Navy. He passed away as a result of a Traumatic Brain Injury from his service.
She has practiced Veterans Benefits law for several years and has helped hundred of veterans. Lindsay volunteers once a month with the Vietnam Veterans of America and aids veterans with obtaining VA benefits and Military Discharge Upgrades.
